Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.

Post 2-Hours: After 2 hours, cancellations or changes are not free.

1. Production Time:
Orders are processed in 2–4 business days.

2. Processing Time:
It takes 1–3 days for your order to ship from our warehouse.

3. Shipping Time:
Standard: 5–15 business days from the shipping date.
Express: 2–5 business days.
(Delivery may be faster with stable weather.)

4. Business Days:
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (EST), excluding weekends and holidays like New Year's, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

5. Tracking:
You'll receive a tracking number via email when available to monitor your package online.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please ensure all required fields (name, age, birth year, photo) are filled correctly. We do not accept refunds or returns for incorrect information.
To achieve the best design, use standard English and avoid special characters.
For products with images, upload a clear JPEG or PNG file under 15MB, without cropping or blurring.
The last step, click "Preview Your Personalization" to see your creation.
