• 30-Day Replacement/Refund: You can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, replacements or refunds are not offered.
• No Returns: We do not accept returns. We only offer replacements for defective items without requiring the original item back.
• Conditions for Refunds: Full refunds are only provided if the item:
• Is significantly different from its description or preview.
• Is damaged due to factory or carrier fault.
• Is not what you ordered.
• For other issues, only partial refunds are offered (excluding shipping fees).
• Sale/Promotion Items: No refunds or exchanges are provided for items bought during a sale or promotion.
• Customer Mistakes: Refunds or replacements are not provided for:
• Incorrect size, design, or color selection.
• Failure to preview the design properly before checkout.
• Color Variance: Allow a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual product due to lighting and monitor display differences.

Filing a Claim

To file a claim, email cs@punnypress.co with the following information:

• Order number
• Photo/video of the defective product
• For printing errors, include photos of the error
• For print size/placement issues, include a measuring tape in the photos
• For missing items, include an image of the received package's cover and shipping label
• Full delivery address
• Contact telephone number
